Yiqi Zhang is a former CPA, CA, software developer, and professional photographer turned full-time realtor. Now in his fourth year in real estate, he has successfully completed well over a hundred transactions, helping each client navigate the market with confidence and clarity.

In his spare time, Yiqi enjoys staying active through golf, tennis, running, and weightlifting. He also has a passion for photography, loves reading, and enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his dogs.

Deloitte - CPA, CA
Yiqi previously worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in Toronto, where he led and executed financial statement audits under IFRS for some of Canada’s largest corporations. His client portfolio included Royal Bank of Canada, Brookfield Asset Management, Wealthsimple, Morgan Stanley, and Allstate.
Software Developer
Yiqi worked as a full-stack software developer at various startups in the natural language processing (NLP) and interior design space. He has also taught people how to code, helping students build practical programming skills through clear, hands-on instruction.
Photographer
Yiqi started photography as a hobby while working at Deloitte. What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a desire to explore and capture the world. That passion led to a year-long backpacking photography journey around the world.
Today, photography is an integral part of Yiqi's business—used strategically to showcase properties through high-quality visuals that drive results.
